Content
Artists who studied in Japan, including Liang Xihong, Zhao Shou, Ji Dongping, and Ceng Wu, found Chinese Independent Art Institute (later Association), and pursue the Surrealism and Fauvism. The group holds the Exhibition of Ten Chinese Artists in Japan in Tokyo. They hold the first exhibition at the People’s Education Hall, Guangzhou, in March and at Shanghai Chinese Learning Society in Oct. 1935.
