Jielanshe (Storm Society) holds its first exhibition (Oct. 10–16 at Chinese Learning Society, Shanghai). The group holds four exhibitions until 1935. The participating artists included Pan Xunqin, Ni Yide, Guang Liang, Liang Xihong, Li Zhongsheng, and Chen Chengbo. The Manifesto of Jielanshe is published on the Oct. 11 issue of Yishu xunkan.
