Artists, including Navin Rawanchaikul, teachers, and art students organize the Art Festivals: Temples and Cemeteries, which is later known as the first exhibition of Chaing Mai Social Installation. The festival consist of installations, performances, talks, and participatory events. Experimental public arts and cultural events take place in the public spaces of the city for three months.
