Modern Prints Society organizes The Second Semiannual Exhibition (Jun. 15–25, Guangzhou Department of Chinese Books and Provincial People’s Education Hall). More than 800 items, of which 286 are works by member artists, are exhibited. The genres vary from Chinese modern and traditional woodcuts, folk prints, Japanese modern and traditional woodcuts, reproduction of European woodcuts, and Chinese and international publications, and woodcut-making tools.
