The Society for International Cultural Relations invites three painters to Japan. Nguyen Nam Son and Luong Xuan Nhi arrive on Jul. 12 and Nguyen Van The on Jul. 19, and stay until Sept. 26. According to a request from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, painter Sekiguchi Shungo serves as a guide.
