Artists who withdraw from the Joseon Artists Association, together with the Joseon Art Alliance, forms the Joseon Artist Alliance on Feb. 23, and then the Joseon Plastic Arts Alliance on 28. Both groups, with Josen Sculptors Association, jointly form the Joseon Art League on Nov. 10.
